Are the pieces dishwasher safe?
Technically, the pieces can be placed in the dishwasher, but repeated machine washing may gradually wear down the glaze. Handwashing is recommended for longevity.

Are the pieces microwave safe?
To prevent damage and ensure safety, it’s best to avoid using the ceramics in the microwave. This helps prevent potential hazards like cracking, overheating, or damage to your microwave.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location. We pack orders within 1–5 business days, and shipping within Sweden typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. 

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the products. All shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, custom-made items cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@idasfabrik.se before returning anything.

What should I do if my item is damaged during delivery?
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@idasfabrik.se with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you.

How sustainable is your packaging?
We prioritize sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging materials, including recycled cardboard and paper tape.
